We took the short walk back to the base of the falls right before exiting the park for the park for the day. Access to the base of Yosemite Falls is quite easy, virtually anyone can reach it. The view of the falls is stunning, awesome, sublime, etc., etc. However, what I personally enjoyed even more was the Yosemite Falls trail, to the west of the falls.
