We liked being able to get up close and personal with the giant tortoises and get a real sense of the size of the crocs. And the insectarium was bizarre but really impressive. Worth a trip, particularly if you have children

The crocodiles are the theme of the park and were very active at feeding time and rather scary for the small children in our party. We did enjoy the amazing tortoises, fed and sat on the larger free roaming ones and particularly enjoyed the nursery enclosures. The area also has a fun playground and a flying fox (of the cable...

Took a bus and local taxi to the park, two adults cost £15 during the week £10 at weekend!! Lots of animals to see not only crocodiles. Lots of giant toutoises which you can get up close to. A very interesting and enjoyable day.
Haaaa, never in my life saw so many crocs...and so big...and pff do not miss the giant turtles...100 years old...if you can imagine that. Fee is about 300 Rupees but it's worth it. In case of rains take umbrelas but don't miss it :)
Excellent little zoo/nature reserve especially for children. A wide variety of exhibits. Highlight would be the giant turtles which roam freely in their enclosure and you can walk amongst them and even sit on them!
We went on part of a day trip and only spent about 90 minutes here. We walked around the whole park and had a quick look at everything, in particular enjoying the huge tortoises who loved a rub on their necks! It is a nice park which plenty of animals, the bats are adorable, but it's not somewhere you could...

Compact zoo specialising in crocodiles and giant tortoises. Dont forget. Do pet and feed the giant tortoises, its fun and they clearly like it. DONT do the above with the crocs, they would probably like it, you wouldnt. Theres a nice litle cafe onsite, the croc croc monsieur is a crocodile sandwich, stick to the ham and cheese.
Great views, 4x4 is a little tired and it creaked, groaned and juddered all the way round - all part of the experience
We liked everything, specially, giant tortuses!!! There are about 200 of them. We feed them and ride a little. Also interesting crocodiles, butterflies collection and iguanas.
We visited the park on a Saturday, so paid 200 Mauritian Rupees each. This was around AUD$12 for the two of us, so a nice cheap outing.
On entrance to the park, it was clear it is suited to children and adults alike. There was a children's party going on and a bouncy-castle for them to the right of the...
