Loved everything about this town. Very authentic and not too many tourists. Also its a great base for exploring lots of other beautiful towns & villages. We have never met more friendly Italians.

My visit trip to Sicily, we didn't know of Modica. We only stumbled up upon it on our second trip as we had to change hotels and couldn't find one in the village we were in. Modica was amazing! AMAZING! Spent three days there looking at shops and enjoying restaurants and sights. Don't miss Modica.

Very restricted on road parking. If you are staying in Modica try to book a hotel/apartment with off road parking. Little to see in the town apart from the Duomo and the chocolate factory but very convenient for the coast, Scicly, Noto and Ragusa

Visit the golden beach and enjoy life! One of the most beautiful beach areas in Sicily, highly recommended!
