One of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Clean sand and the bluest water you can imagine. Strongly recommended. There's a particular area (to the right as you arrive on the beach, you have to walk a bit) where you can stand in the water and experience mild warmth gushing up due to some volcanic activity below the surface.... I can never decide which is favorite Milos beach. But Paleochori is one of my top 4. Actually Paleochori is 3 beaches. The famous one is in the middle and it's huge. So you can always find YOUR place. I prefer going to the left side, there are no sunbeds and umbrellas there and you can be nude. There is... More

It is surely a very nice beach and a restaurant Sirocco is worth a visit to taste the geothermal cooked dishes. Although the main attractions in Milos are the sandy beaches, it is nice to walk along the Paliochori beach and collect or just observe the variety of forms and colours of stones. It is also nice to swim with... More

you can always be unlucky on the cyclades, because the god of the wind takes his right. sometimes the sea at winter makes to let disappear most of the beach. you can only lay on a small shore. doesen't matter. Because sun is standing above you. It'S hot and possible that you can burn your feet. Beautiful coloured rocks and...hot... More

The information on Paliochori beach as presented here on TA is inconsistent. It does specify correctly that it is 10 kilometers from Adamas, but the title says it *is* in Adamas, where in fact, it is located in the settlement of Paliochori, on the south coast of Milos. Paliochori is generally regarded as the best beach in Milos, even though... More

Paliohori has two sections; each and west. The east beach is smaller, rockier, and had to be accessed via a staircase. But it is still beautiful and you will have more privacy there. The west beach is serviced by bus and is a mile or so long. There are beautiful colored cliffs on the far side. The other side has... More
