It's clean; has shops,bars eateries close by..Sunbed charges work out quite expensive over a 2 week holiday

There are bars along the beahc but they are really expensive
Long sandy beach, perfect for making footprints in the sand, gently shelving crystal clear water, a pleasure to swim in. Greek tavernas are dotted along the front, a lovely walk from the large hotels to at one end, to Faliraki Harbour and small chapel at the other end.
If you are 18 with an unwavering appetite for alcohol, clubbing and the desire to get to know your inner neanderthal.... this is the ideal place for you.
If you are, like me, in your early 40's and crave a little more from your 2 weeks abroad..... may I suggest a bout of amoebic dysentery? It is preferable to staying...

this is a very friendly place to holiday, great beach and good bars and restaurants
this place was once a vibrant, neon-lit crazy place for young people to visit, look for work and drink. lots of it was closed, and i was there mid summer. the beach is nice enough. there was hardly anyone here, and the strain showed. try marmaris in turkey- cheap, packed friendly and fab. greece has lost it. the first time...

It is a very long beach with a lot of amenities. The sea is clean.
