Sail away with us on a memorable voyage. You will board our authentic Brigantine Thalassa at the picturesque old port of Fira.We will set sail for the small port of the volcano. When we arrive your guide will lead you up to the rim of the volcanic crater where smoke rises up and the stones are hot to the touch. Remember to bring good walking shoes and a hat to protect you from the sun.Leaving the volcano, our ship heads for the “hot springs”. There you can bathe in the warm waters (don’t forget your bathing suite and towel) . During the remainder of our voyage, we pass by Thirassia, where you have the chance to swim again in the blue crystal cleal waters while the captain and his crew prepare plenty of traditional Greek meze (appetizers) and you’ll have the chance to taste the renowned wine from Santorini. Next we come to the northern tip of Santorini and the town of Ia with its two small seaports Ammoudi and Armeni. From our sailing boat we have a unique vantage point for viewing the lovely traditional settlement of Ia. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then we will set the sails and head back to Fira enjoying the wine and live saxophone music as the sun magically sets into the sea. « less

The crew and guide were very friendly and fun. I really enjoyed all the activities - climbing the volcano, etc. It is true you can do this on other boats but this one only had 30 people on it unlike the other bigger boats. Yet there was enough space for everyone. For 50 euros you get about 5 hours of... More

Very informative and delivered in a light hearted way...... It's not taxing the walk up the volcano however flips not necessarily the best choice of footwear. Definitely recommend this and it's good value for money in our view!

Had fun and the boat is nice, and the best part is climbing the volcano which is fun. BUT, the hot springs are tepid at best, definitely not hot, and never have been! You have to swim through the cold water to get to them and then it's a bit dirty and messy. I can't really rate the sunset cruise... More

We took the sunset cruise on the Thalassa and WOW. The crew was fantastic, the ship was superb, and the memories will last a lifetime. There were people of all ages, and great fun was had by all. Our 9 year old and a few friends from Australia she met on the boat were singing with the crew, and learning... More

The ship was special looking ship out of wood with seven sails and a sailor that knew how to set and drop the sails while making an art of how fast and perfect it could be done. The sax and appetizers were also special during the sunset. The guild was excellent on the long walk up the volcano and di... More

We had our pre-wedding party at Thalassa and the experience was unforgettable! Thalassa is a gorgeous ship, the moon was almost full, the sea was calm and the crew made our guests feel at home! Eleanna went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and everyone left with a huge smile!! If you visit Santorini don't miss Thalassa!

On the day we took the sunset cruise the weather was warm, the volcano was hot but you need to visit it, the hot springs were very enjoyable, Thirasia refreshing, the dinner yummy, the sunset magnificent and Elena (the guide) and the rest of the crew just amazing! Make sure you don’t miss this!

I went on this boat trip 1 year ago and I came back to santorini and did it again this year! I took the cable cars down to the port and the boat alone is so beautiful. It's an old spanish boat- it looks like a pirate ship. The excursion went to the volcano, hot springs, another area to swim,... More
