Loved everything about the hotel. Room best we've stayed in. Food - lots to choose from and good quality. Staff excellent.

Even off season the tour was conducted even for a very small group. The walking tour was very beautifull but very warm, even in january. Remember to bring water. Check by phoning the hotel, which language on wich days. For our 11 year old son this was a great experience, and for the parents too.

The 'experience' is a good blend of natural and social history of the island of Tenerife. It is well paced with a good knowledgeable guide.

Too windy a position, lacks 5 star touches, food very little choice on salads and desserts. Staff are excellant

Loved the media presentations and the interesting interactive demonstrations. The input of the actors to illustrate the historical aspects of the island were great.
