Paid $3 for the walking map from the i-site but the map was a bit confusing and didn't match the signs in the forest and didn't show the named bike tracks (another $3 for that one). Mount Isobel walk is worth doing but requires a slightly above average level of fitness.

GR8 trails to ride....every thing smell's fresh fresh

So fun great with horses and 2 Border Collies. Easy Rider and Perseverance tracks were my favourites.

Some well laid out biking and hiking trails but why does the i-site need to sell an uneccessary piece of paper with trail descriptions

love the trails, the variety, the speed you can go on some without fear of crashing, and the proximity to the town. Fun for all abilities, and racing here is always an adrenalin day! No dislikes!

This is a lovely exotic forest for walking or mountain biking. Makes a nice change from the native bush normally seen in NZ.
