We went to the once retraction camp with mosaic tours and although the content of the tour was upsetiting, it was eye opening and very worthwhile. The tour was fascinating and Sylvia was über knowledgeable! Def recommend it.

LIKE ...Our guide carlos was the best ever, well worth booking with tripadvisor, would not have got the info that we got,. Dislike........Me personally found it very emotional, and hard to think that other human beings could bring so much pain to another, would never visit another site like this[ had my experience]
My boyfriend and I visited the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp with our guide Ashleigh and she did an amazing job. We were both amazed by her knowledge and how well she did her job, our impression was that she was very dedicated to her job. We learned a lot of new stuff. We will certainly recommend both Ashleigh for the guided...

This is not something most people want to do, we would all like to pretend that this point in time did not happen...but it did. This is well set out and has been done with great dignity. If you are interested in this point of history then it is well worth the visit.

Sachsenhausen is a 25 minute dirrect train journy from Berlin city centre..... my friend and i went to the camp..there are really NO WORDS that can describe this place.. i was woken up with bad dreams that night but i would not ever change a thing.
I went with the English Speaking Tours. Jessie was our tour guide. Very well planned group catching 2 trains from Berlin and then a short walk to the camp. Full-on day but very interesting and at times hard to hear. Jessie was very informative of the details of the camp and the happenings that went on. Would highly recommend this...

We went with Mosaic, a non-profit charity specialising in the Sachsenhausen tour. We met at Alexanderplatz and our guide, Ryan, organised the group very efficiently. You need an ABC ticket and a packed lunch as there are no facilities at the camp. Our tour day was very hot and you need to use good footwear and take plenty of water....

We went with NewEurope tours, met at the Brandeburg Gate at 11am, this is where the main walking tour originates from and was slightly chaotic, you also need a train ticket for ABC zones in Berlin. I would advise to buy before you arrive because there will be lots of people trying to use one ticket machine at Brandenburger Tor...

We scheduled a "no profit tour" with Mosaic Tours, but the guide called in sick (apparently this guide is out last-minute often), but we were met by someone to inform us of this. We decided to go on our own but, on the train there, we met Jessie, a guide from Insider Tours, and she added us to her group....
