Started our Poker Run at TooGood Winery - very organized check in. Toogood and Perry Creek favorites. Love the cave and wine tasting.

We stopped into this picturesque winery late in the day (5PM) on our way to Plymouth for one final "taste"!

I can't claim to have visited every winery in the area, but of the dozen or two that I have been to, Toogood definitely has my favorite wines.
They charge for tasting, but you get to keep the glass (and it is a nice large red wine glass too), sample nine wines, and have the opportunity to sample a couple...

Another great Winery, this one in Fair Play. Fair Play is in El Dorado County and is an excellent area for wine tasting. It's off the beaten path and not easy to get to, but once you are there, it's a great find. The Toogood Wine Caves are awesome and the wines are top notch. My favorite is the Foreplay...
