There are many beautiful places to visit in Kent but no more so than St Margaret's at Cliffe. This is the home to the images of the white cliffs of Dover and you can sit on the beach with the stunning cliffs right behind you. The little bay is unspolit although does have the advantage of a nice little cafe...

This beach has a hidden quality, a discovery to be made whilst descending steep, narrow, hairpin bends. That said, it is well known by locals and naturally, on a sunny July Sunday, it was busy but with a wide pebbly beach there was still room to find a secluded spot.
