Neat park, lots of birds and animals. However, more of a waterpark with natural rides. The lazy river was far from lazy...it was very very difficult to swim because only after 5 minutes it opens into a lagoon that has lots of waves and wind. I took a day trip here during a week long stay on the Riveria Maya. It was pretty, nice lagoon for snorkeling, and visibility was better then expected. If you visit the Mayan Rivera check out Xel Ha, it is a beautiful and peaceful natural park. The water is gorgeous and perfect for snorkeling, there are various other activities including a lazy river through the park. It is good for a half a day but to relax and enjoy the park go for the day. more
