We loved Xel-Ha! Amazing eco-park locanted in the Riviera Maya. The location is huge. Snorkeling is amazing, we saw so many multi-colored fishes! They have a natural lazy river, along the mangroves, the water is so clear blue, I can't explain with words how beautiful this water is! They have so many things to do, you'll love it. Is great... more

For the best value. We first arrived on a tour bus (I know big mistake but it was free) and we didn't get to Xel-Ha until mid afternoon. We decided to go back the next day on our own so we hired a taxi to come by the hotel. It was worth it. We had a light brunch and then... more

Neat park, lots of birds and animals. However, more of a waterpark with natural rides. The lazy river was far from lazy...it was very very difficult to swim because only after 5 minutes it opens into a lagoon that has lots of waves and wind. We and many others were complaining having to swim out tubes a very long distance... more

Must do this one on a sunny day, water is nice and cool but wouldn't be fun if raining. Snorkled by the sea and saw some mighty big fish. The blue fish in the river were stunningly beautiful. The jungle path is over rated. With mosquito repellent, we were running to get out of it. The rope swing is not... more

We lucked out and parlayed the all inclusive admission cost with transportation (~$!00 USD per person) via a Time Share talk. Initially we were upset that the package we received did not include Tulum (only 6 other people on the filled coach bus did not do both). Since we had done Chichen Itza earlier in the week, we weren't devastated... more

I took a day trip here during a week long stay on the Riveria Maya. It was pretty, nice lagoon for snorkeling, and visibility was better then expected. Nice assortment of fish for a beginner or children, but nothing special. Only two of the restaurants were open, both buffets, so no option for just a snack or a drink. Food... more

loved it, had a great time, but the food and sites and wildlife is better at xcaret. AND you can stay late and watch a show/have dinner. Its more commercial, but its better built. more

Xei-Ha is amazing! A lot of these reviews focus on just how great it is, but I will focus on the basics so you know how to get there, what to bring, and what not to do/buy! We took a bus tour that departs from Cancun’s hotel zone. Our bus tour foolishly combines the ancient ruins of Tulum & Xei-Ha... more

If you visit the Mayan Rivera check out Xel Ha, it is a beautiful and peaceful natural park. The water is gorgeous and perfect for snorkeling, there are various other activities including a lazy river through the park. It is good for a half a day but to relax and enjoy the park go for the day. more

We went to Xel-Ha for a day not really knowing what to expect. We purchased tickets from our travel rep at the resort for $95 each person. Sounded a little steep but we thought we'd try it. Got there when they opened. It is very very large park. They have several places to step down stairs and snorkel, you can... more
