This has been on my bucket list for years, and as I was in the South Island I finally walked the Milford. It rained every day, but the weather cleared at the right time, and the views were amazing, the facilities were excellent, and I can't rate this trip high enough

The walk is great. Be sure to book in advance. Try to keep of when most crowded. Do not forget to bring insect repellant, otherwise you will learn why the goal for the walk is called sandfly point.
