Loved the food and service. The sand and water. Only down side, lil shade and no restrooms. But its nature!

Beautiful, non-commercial, local food can be purchased on-site
Great beach...you can set up either close to all the restaurant vendors or go a little down the beach. Not 100% touristy...lots of locals enjoying the sun too. Ask for Wilson from restaurant #8 to serve lots of Presidente's as well as fresh seafood
it is very dangerous for swimmers!!! it is very pretty, there is a golf court near the beach with an incredible view. The area does not have many interesting places near to go at night.
most beautiful, peaceful, private beach I have ever seen.
Amazingly beautiful beach, it's so gorgeous you can insert it into a frame. If you get there order a table and pinacolada. They make it in a real pineapple. The taste is REAL. Try their food. Seafood is fresh, chicken is delicious. Prices are acceptable. If you travel on the north shore don't miss it, it worth to stop!

A must visit if you...

Just a quick update to this post. There are two "port-o-pottys" at Playa Grande. Ask any of the food kiosk managers or other employees and they'll point you in the right direction. The facilities have been there for quite some time, so no need to go in the bushes!
On a separate note, if you go to Playa Grande you...
