First of all, the Doral resort is a great venue. Very nice golf shop, locker room, eating areas and great service. The course is very nice. Parkland type course. Challenging from the blue tees. The Blue Monster & The Great White courses are the best. Services was good, food was OK and rooms were clean. The Gold course was not good. The weather was a tad cool. I will definitely go back. more

The rooms are nice size but NOT CLEAN. There was mildew in the shower and the room was not otherwise cleaned well on a daily basis. The staff disregards the do not disturb sign and generally is not helpful or friendly. The courses are not well maintained - the only time to go play at Doral is on the Blue... more

Was a little disappointed to pay top dollar ($225.00) to play the course when they had overseeded in preparation for upcoming PGA event in Feb. Due to the overseeding the greens were really slow. Was somewhat suprised that a top notch resort would have an additional charge for players to hit some range balls to warm up. I really liked... more
