This is one of my favourite museums, if you are in Copenhagen do make the effort. If the art doesn't win you over the buildings, gardens and outdoor sculptures will. Sit at the cafe eating a nice meal and looking at Sweden at the end of an arty day. more

I would concur with all the reviews, its a lovely gallery, gardens and they have a fantastic collection of modern art. We spent a glorious day at the Louisiana Art Museum. The weather was perfection which accentuated the beauty of the environment. We saw an excellent Richard Avedon exhibit but more impressive were the grounds- a blend of art, landscape and nature. Only a 30 minute train ride from Copenhagen. more

I can't go to Denmark without stopping in here. If you like modern provocative art, this is the place for you. The caliber of the art shows they have, is quite high. I haven't been there and not coming away wanting more! I really recommend this place! more
