Spent an enjoyable couple of days walking in the area, following the old water races and learning about the history of tin mining by the Chineses in North East Tasmania. The operators Christine and Graham were extremely helpful. They also operate several self catering self contained cottages in a delightful setting more

We came as a walking group of friends and were astounded as to what we discovered. We didn't stay but........What a wonderful location to begin our discovery of the Chinese heritage and tin mining links in North eastern Tasmania. Congratulations to Graham, Christine(and James of course) who have the vision to see this through and then the passion to develop... more
