The waterfalls as such are really impressive. Although there was not a lot of water you could still imagine of the amount of water flowing down there during/after the rainy season. To reach the falls you have to walk like 10 - 15 min. But this is easily manageable. There are a lot of monkey around, so take care of... More

it is a nice place but its the surroundings that doesn't make you come back.its just okay .the waterfall is the backdrop for so many Hindi and Tamil movies.so its definitively a good nature escape.

There is a long walk before you can get close to falls. So, if that is fine, this is a good place to visit, if time permits.

This is one of the heaviest waterfall in Kerala, and the best of its kind. The environment is not tourist friendly;in that there are no paved steps to reach the bottom of the Falls from where only one can have a full view of the Falls. The walk down is quite rough and... This is "must see" place to visit for anyone visiting Kochi. Its a huge and fantastic fall surrounded by thick flora and fauna...The experience to stand quite close to the fall is unparalleled. But the pathway to reach that fall is not for the faint hearted. One has to be in good health to be able to cover the almost... More
