Walk through the pines which are part of the equivalent of a UK SSSI site, stunningly beautiful, and out onto the beach. turquoise sea, clean sands, great cafe/taverna and little kiosk for those sudden cravings like chocolate!! really clean toilets and changing booths. what more do you need???

A well kept "Blue Flag" sandy beach, ideal for relaxing and for those who have children shallow clean water. Good facilities in and around the beach.

What I liked about the beach was that you could easily find a place on the beach where you were not blasted by music.

Koukounaries is an amazing beach. We had a lot of fun playing beach volley and swimming in the clean waters.
