It is an amusing place, i.e. the merecats don't know which country they live in. It is lovely to see the animals and amazing that they are in this part of the country. Well worth the money.

Adults and children alike can have a really fantastic day at SLWP. You get up close to the animals, and to see feeding time of the tigers and penguins was just wonderful. They are so into preservation that you learn loads, and I would highly recommend

This place is the best animal park I have ever been to. Even if you are visiting the north of the Lake District, it's worth the drive to the South. We arrived at 11am and didn't leave until the park closed at 5pm. The feeding timetables of the animals are perfectly timed so you can see all of them. We... More
