Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a lovely afternoon with the kids. Staff were all friendly and the keep talk we watched was informative and interesting. Lots of different animals to see and all looked well cared for. The play areas were very much enjoyed by the kids, and I loved the old bbc building that the attraction is housed in (I wish we could have seen more of the building, I'd love a good look around!).

Cleeve Abbey is different from most abbey ruins in the UK in that a large number of the buildings are still standing. This includes the gatehouse, the refectory and the dormitory. You can see the sacristy, the abouts room and the warming room. The refectory has a fantastic wooden roof. The steward was really helpful and I would recommend the ÂŁ4 guidebook
You appreciate the scale of what was actually a fairly small monastery much better than when looking at ground level ruins.

We love the cider farm! Visited several times whilst holidaying. Pizzas are amazing, but we were so disappointed that when we came last week there was no cider and no pizzas! We will be back...
