Gerald R. Ford Library

The focus of Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library is the preservation of his papers, photographs, and collections. The facility has strong research focus. In contrast, the Gerald R. Ford Museum (located about 2.5 hours west in Grand Rapids, Michigan - (616) 254-0400) takes a more vistor-friendly approach: promoting Ford's place in U.S. history (1974-77) through engaging and interactive exhibits and presentations.
