The Cooking School at Cavallo Point is a comfortable intimate place to gather, learn and indulge the senses. Filled with natural light and state of the art culinary equipment, the school celebrates the love of food—taste—and the simple pleasures of cooking. Located within the Golden gate National Park, the school focuses on creating educational experiences that explore the interrelationships between the local agriculture and water ways, sustainable purveyors and the foods they grow or produce. Cooking Classes are based on the teaching and application of classic culinary techniques and methods to create meals and menus highlighting the Bay Area’s small organic farmers, artisan producers and vintners.
