Most rides only needed 2 tickets, bumper cars 5.
Small boardwalk when comparing to wildwood NJ but sufficient for toddlers and young kids. Boardwalk gets crowded.Written 21 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Reno ILewes, DE84 contributionsThe Rehoboth Boardwalk has a special place in my heart. I originally came here for the very first time 20 years ago, being from Puerto Rico, it was a completely different experience than I was used to when visiting the beach.
The Boardwalk is a great place for families and friends. The boardwalk is very well kept with plenty of trash cans, showers and public bathrooms available. There’s also water fountains available.
Parking in Rehoboth is pretty expensive though, I would highly recommend taking the bus in from the park and ride if you’re looking to save money or getting a permit and parking on a side street. Otherwise you’re stuck with meter parking.
Once you’re at the boardwalk theres a plethora of great food options and entertainment, with arcades, miniature golf, shopping and of course Funland which is basically an indoor/outdoor carnival style entertainment area right on te boardwalk.
The beach is easily accessible with multiple entries to get down to the ocean.
If you want to step off the boardwalk and down Rehoboth avenue there’s even more food options.
At the boardwalk theres also the bandstand which has live music and events year round.
Whether you’re from DE or you’re from out of town, the boardwalk is always a great place to go to get some ice cream and enjoy the ocean views. (The summer can be crazy with a million people, come during the off season for a better, quieter experience. )Written 3 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Patrick GAppleton, WI264 contributionsLarge park with camping, easy beach access, and fishing opportunities. Friendly, helpful staff. Camp sites are in close proximity with no cover. Sites are paved and level with water, electric, and sewer available. Bath and shower facilities are clean but inadequate for the number of campsites. Be prepared to wait. Parts of the campground flooded during our stay, leaving some sites under a foot or more of water. Try to avoid the sites near the river or marsh. There are two bars/restaurants within walking distance, depending on what campground you stay in. Many more restaurants are a short drive away. We would stay again when passing thru.Written 18 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mark GCatonsville, MD3,366 contributionsTanger is broken up into 3 centers, Surfside, Seaside and Bayside along both sides of an extremely busy Route 1 over a 1 mile stretch. There are around 115 stores in these 3 centers and have just about every store we are all familiar with in these outlet centers in the country as well as some nice independent and regional shops. It was nice to see few vacant store fronts since some centers have been struggling. We were here also for the Schellville Christmas Village which was behind Tanger Seaside.Written 8 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tony JNew Jersey4,216 contributionsJungle Jims is the largest waterpark in Delaware. I was here last year for the first time. At that time my family of six enjoyed ourselves, therefore, we returned here again. This time I returned here with my family of five including two young children in June. There is lots of parking. You can’t bring your own bottled drinks here. Any bottled drinks including water must be left at the entrance. Your own refillable water bottles are permitted. I assume they want you to purchase your drinks other than water here. Our children were above 42 inches in height, therefore, they were charged the adult rate of $48 per person. We had access to the entire facility, including all water slides. There were no limitations. My total bill for the five of us was therefore $240. They have a cafe and gift shop. The cafe line is long during lunch. I recommend going either before or after the lunchtime rush. They also have bathrooms with showers. The place is quite impressive for a wide range of young and older ages. The Anaconda water slide is the most exciting two man water slide. They also have a five person water slide. I enjoyed all of the water slides, the lazy river and the wave pool. There is also a kiddie pool for the younger children. I will definitely return here when the weather is good.Written 2 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PallasAthena08Doylestown, PA68 contributionsAs an avid trail rider, this was just the thing I needed to get off the beaten path at the beach and I managed to do 18 miles thanks to another reviewer’s expert advice. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It was so easy to follow signage from Lewes public libretto to downtown Rehoboth and then back up through Henlopen acres through Gordon’s Pond and up Rt. 9 to Lewes again. Flat terrain, some shade and incredible views. Make sure you leave time for a stop at Whiskey Beach. It’s gorgeous!Written 4 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Robin RWest Chester, PA133 contributionsFinally went here due to a complete lack of sunshine. You don't need much time or money to visit. It's a great peek into the hardships of those who paved the way for us to safely enjoy the beach. Check out the instructions on the safety equipment, I so want to hit the refresh button and backspace through the extra words but alas it's not a dynamic display.Written 29 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SealBaltimore, MD162 contributionsWe arrived and the bartender immediately greeted us, asked if this was our first time, and offered suggestions. We had the best time and enjoyed their beers! It’s small inside with a few tables, outside is nice too. Definitely going back not just for the beer but for the excellent service!Written 16 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JGShawhan16 contributionsFortunate enough to be in Rehoboth Beach on Tuesday for the Farmer's Market. Lots of booths with a wide variety of products. We bought some amazing local strawberries, local honey, jams from Backyard Jams & Jellies, and some pastries. Live music by a guitarist was great. Lovely location in a local park, good 20 minute walk from the boardwalk area.Written 19 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CBFtravelerRehoboth Beach, DE29 contributionsWhat an amazing small theater. We are fairly new to the area and have seen Little Shop of Horrors and Misery. Two very different shows but equally performed by very talented casts. We are now buying season tickets and look forward to viewing many wonderful shows. Kudos Clear Space!!!Written 3 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
