Cumberland Sound Ferry Service is a passenger/bicycle ferry operating between Fernandina Beach, Fl and St Marys, GA. In 1916 the ferry service from Fernandina to St Marys ceased to exist. Now in the fall of 2008 after almost 100 years there is now an 80 passenger ferry boat making several round trips per day. The Ferry service will reconnect two small historical communities
