What travellers are saying
- Lisa FArnold, MO118 contributionsBest part of Culebra!! Beautiful beach! Lots of food kiosks with good food and drinks! Water is a little rough so be careful but overall a beautiful large beach! Plenty of room!Written 24 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Abigail KKansas City, MO104 contributionsWhat a hidden gem! We stayed overnight at Culebrita beach and loved the snorkeling around the bay. The hike to the Piscinas de Culebras was easy, but best with hiking water shoes like Keens. The sunset was so magical, there was even a rainbow!Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gege BFlorida243 contributionsNever disappoint for snorkeling! Every time I go I see amazing sealife. - LisCorteseNorth East, MD125 contributionsThe best beach in Culebra. We walked about 1 mile to each side of the beach where it then stopped with a cliff and rocks. The white sand was very soft and there was essentially no one on this somewhat remote beach. The water toward Culebrita was warm and nice to swim in. I would recommend bring some rocks shoes as there were some byt only a few rocks in some areas. Great view of Culebrita and Cayo Norte. Perfect to enjoy a Caribbean remote get away. Bring drinks, food and water for the chickens and rooster that hang out in the parking lot they are needy. But, it was a great experience.Written 5 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Gege BFlorida243 contributionsFabulous snorkeling, really cool fish, snails, corals but not a beach to hang out as it’s small and has many gnats that bite. Be aware of sea urchins as well and make sure to have flippers on when you enter the water.Written 15 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Peter M19 contributionsBest snorkeling we have ever seen (in our limited experience) on the Wall near the dive buoys. So much color and so many different fish.Written 29 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Barbara CLancaster, PA14 contributionsNice little museum - open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Eclectic displays of island history, nature and more. Two great videos of the island during the bombing practices were very interesting. Small gift shop.Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Inspire155989Zanesville, OH20 contributionsIt is a little bit of a hike to get to this beach, but since it is, you will likely be there by yourself. Enjoy the alone time.Written 10 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CGen30 contributionsThe place is beautiful but you will enjoy the most depending on the time of the year you go. Spring beak is not the best time to go. Local students of puerto rico go there to drink, smoke, fornicate and fight. The place just because a mess and insecured.Written 20 August 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Suzanne TLa Crosse, WI11 contributionsDown a hill and dirt road, this beach is worth the effort. There are few people and there is some shade. Snorkeling was wonderful.Written 5 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- RobertaW2 contributionsWhat an unexpected find! It is being renovated now, it is worth it to see it before it is a tourist attraction.
