The Funhouse Discovery Center is a not-for-profit community center that fosters fun and learning with dozens of hands-on, kid-friendly science exhibits, complete audio and video production studios, huge library of educational films and documentaries, pitching cage, art studio, climbing wall and DSL computers to surf the Net or check e-mail! Most importantly, The Funhouse is a safe place for kids to hang out, learn, play and explore their creativity.

We depart at the Orcas Island Ferry Dock for Whale Watching and Light House tours. 56 foot "Orcas Express"U.S.C.G. lic. 48 seats, heated cabin with restroom and upstairs, downstairs outside. Professional naturalists, under water hydrophone system, listen to the Orca . We serve small or large groups. We host weddings and parties. Our vessel has hydraulic stabilizers for a more comfortable ride. We pride ourselves, on our well maintained vessel and our educational environmental awareness program . We run with b20 bio diesel.

The largest of the San Juan islands is also one of the prettiest, with rocky terrain for hiking and dramatic shorelines for kayaking and whale watching.

This shop rents kayaks and teaches people how to use them.
