Was visiting Kauai last week & took in a kayaking/hiking excursion (Secret Falls) with Kayak Kauai. Everyone was very friendly when I arrived. The guide, Andrew, was amazing. Very knowledgeable

There's also a new type of yoga on Kauai, called Yogalign, which emphasizes deep breathing, Hawaiian lomilomi self-massage and exercises that build strength and flexibility. Developed by Michaelle Edwards, the classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings in her North Shore studio.
