- Dean_Amy-2004Gettysburg, PA5,827 contributionsWe visited after they were closed for a bit. The hours have changed; be sure to check the website before visiting for the latest info.
The museum covered a lot of information in a small space, from the early years of electronics to current day/space satellites.
Topics ranged from home/personal items to military. The information was well done, but some of it was pretty technical and over my head. There were many hands-on items available to make it interactive.
Worth a stop when you’re in the area. We spent a little over an hour; you could probably spend a half-day if you got into more of the details.Written 14 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was fun and the food was good. Everyone was friendly. The shoes looked new. We all want to go again!Written 4 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mark GCatonsville, MD3,366 contributionsThis was my 1st visit to Vince's and thought it was a nice alternative to the corporate big box stores with nice selections, reasonable prices and more of a community feeling. They had a large variety of vegetables and flowers as well as small plants, including Camellias, Azelea's etc. They also had a produce section with fruits and berries, vegetables, like corn. peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, onions and more. They are the only place I know that sells the Brandwine tomato plant. I saw a large section of garden and antique type signs. The peppers and broccoli were very good.
They are located right before the I- 695 on B&A Blvd. They usually open in early April and remain open right up until Christmas. They sell Christmas trees, mulch, firewood and in the off season offer landscaping as well as leaf removal and snow removal services. Worth a visit.Written 7 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
