Hello, Tameka. Thank you for your question.

All guests are subject to a resort fee. Depending upon the rental management company, these fees may be already included in the rates quoted at the time of the reservation. If they aren't, the resort fee would be charged daily by the Regal Palms Club. In the case of the Villas at Regal Palms timeshare units, those resort fees already have been paid and you should not have been charged for them.

There is also no charge for pool entrance wristbands issued at the Regal Palms Club. Each unit occupant receives a towel card and a wristband. Should you lose the towel card, the Regal Palms Club will charge you $10 for a replacement. You exchange the towel card for a pool towel as you use your wristband to enter the pool. When you return your towel we return the towel card, which you may use again the next time you access the pool.

The $150 deposit is for incidental charges you may incur purchasing the services offered at Regal Palms Club. To avoid a cash deposit please present a credit card instead of cash or a debit card.

Thank you once again. We hope this provides some clarity and apologize for any confusion.
