And the official answer is:

There are 9 guest floors. Additionally we have the lobby level where Red Owl Tavern, reception, and our ballroom are located; our lower level with a number of additional meeting rooms; and Stratus located on the rooftop (aka 11th floor). The guest floors are from 2-10.

All furry, feathered, or finned friends are welcome here. Big or little - as long as you are comfortable sharing a room with them, they are fine. No pet deposit is required. All we ask is that you fill out a pet liability form that gives us some basic contact info and outlines what happens if your companion parties too hard while you're out enjoying Philly. We can arrange for pet-sitting, walking, grooming, etc. Just give our guest services team a shout.

Mark -

Most of these guys nailed it. It is $40 per night. That gives you unlimited in & out privilges and 24-hour access to your car. We do typically feature some packages that include parking.

Hope to see you soon.
