Ayurveda Yoga Villa Questions & Answers

Well, It seems you have a wonderful resort. I can't decide anything without knowing the price.

I have a limited budjet but want a lovely place with good treatment possibilities.

Thank you,

Hela

Hi Hela,

Certainly Ayurveda Yoga Villa can offer you wonderful nature, many interesting complimentary activities between treatments such as puja twice per day, yoga classes, bhadjans singing.

But if you focus more on treatment then on entertainment, I would recommend you to check Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Center. Here you can find more reliable treatment, the place is also more accessible (about 20 min from Kochin airport). The only drawback from my point of view here is that the place is a bit noisy due to airport proximity, but after several days I accommodated. It is highly recommended to spend at least 14 days for the first visit, 21 days would be even better.

Hi Hela,

I don't know the updated prices but it was very reasonable about $137 for my husband and me per night with everything included - accommodation, meals, treatments, medicines etc but I would email them and ask them regards

Dear Hela, you can see the prices on "ayurvedayogavilla" (and "com" at the end)They also have a retreat place up in the mountains. Once you have checked in they can take you there by car and on arrival you can decide to stay there for the treatments. It is with less people, very quiet, very beautiful vieuw, and a bit cheaper in price, but less social, so when you travel alone.... It all depends what you are looking for. The panchakarma is intense and for someone age 68 they will decide after the medical intake whether this is a good idea for you, but there are many alternatives and all are very fysical and emotional wellness.

On "udagiriretreat" (and add "com") you can see the place higher up in the hills, but getting there on your own it will be difficult to find. Good luck♡

Dear Hela, I would recommend to take a full panchakarma treatment; three weeks is minimum for that, but four weeks is better, because it can all be done in a more quiet pace. Shorter stays are nice, but much less effective.

Hi Hela, their rates are on their website I think their rates are very good value for a ayurveda treatment, and they include the transfer to the nearest airport (Kozhikode/Calicut) and back. On the spot you hardly need any money; I spent about € 50 in four weeks, mostly for tipping.
