Omni Shoreham Hotel Questions & Answers

We are interested in joining the Omni rewards system. Can we do this online or would it be better to that at check-in?

Is there a site online which describes the breakfast buffet and gives the price and location in the hotel?

Thank you for your questions about the Omni Shoreham. Our Select Guest rewards program is a great way to add value to your stay at the Omni Shoreham. You can join by visiting omnihotels . com and checking on "Loyalty".

I would suggest joining the Select Guest program before you arrive. This way you can take advantage of creating a personalized profile with your preferences, such as high floor, extra towels, king bed, etc.

Robert's Restaurant features the Art of Breakfast buffet. This is a scrumptious breakfast for $21 per person. The restaurant is located in the lobby. During the spring and summer months you can sit outside and enjoy our beautiful gardens. The buffet features an omelet station, farm fresh breakfast meats, steal cut oatmeal with fresh berries, fresh fruit, breakfast pastries and a gluten free station. Wow...I am getting hungry just thinking about it. The buffet is open everyday from 6:30am-10:30am.

We are looking forward to seeing you. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. if you have any additional questions or requests.

Thank you,

Amanda Burroughs

I would definitely sign up for the rewards program online. We were able to see the weekend special for the Omni Shoreham and that saved us a lot.

As for the breakfast, it was pricey. Our family of four (husband, myself, 10 yr old daughter and 13 yr son) spent $20 per adult and $17 per child before tip. We did not realize until later that the special weekend rate can be upgraded with the addition of the breakfast. There may be a slight discount this way. The setup is nice: carafe of coffee at your table, station with gourmet meats, eggs, potatoes, waffles or pancakes with accompanying sauces and syrups(One day there was potatoes in a cream pesto sauce), station where omelets are made to order, a station with fresh fruit and pastries, station with breads and kosher meats with cream cheeses, cheeses and jellies, station with steel cut oatmeal with fresh berries, nuts, granola and creams. We asked the maître de if we could look at it before we decided. They were very accommodating.

Definitely sign up online; you will get free wifi when you book your room! I did not eat breakfast at the Omni, but there are dozens of restaurants very close to them that I'm sure would be better priced.

Sign up online. Also, the breakfast buffet we enjoyed was actually at Medium Rare, off site.

I agree, you should sign up for the Omni Select Guest Program online before you go to the hotel. They use the information to help select the best room for you, to determine what paper to deliver in the morning, and other options. You will also get basic internet access for free, if you are a member (regularly $9.95 per day).

Have a great time, it is a great hotel!

Hi, I think you can join the rewards program online- it is called the omni select guest program. If you join online then when you stay your night should count towards your membership tier I think (0-9 nights is tier 1 - obviously the higher the tier the more benefits you get).

For hotel prices I would suggest checking the hotel website directly. You could also look at sites like hotels dot c om - they often have better rates than the hotels themself do. Tripadviser also gives prices through expedia etc.

For the breakfast try looking at their restaurant site.

The hotel restaurant is called Roberts and they have all the menus online. Many of the items on the breakfast menu are included in the buffet so it will give you some idea of how nice it is! The restaurant is right in the hotel main lobby so easy to find. For the overall hotel location try google maps or the map on tripadvisor shows it. It is easy to find though. Less than 5mins from station.

Hope that helps.
