Travelling around the South Island with my family, we needed a room on short notice that could fit four of us in comfortably. Queenstown can be pricey at the best of times so the price of this place...

The lodge was not particularly clean - the glass in our bathroom obviously hadn't been washed in some time. There was no hot water in our room for two mornings in a row. Laundry facilities were...

The rooms were very clean, price was very reasonable, but the communal kitchen was ill equipped and very dirty. I didn't use it a second night.

It was quite a walk from the centre to here but my! was the walk worthwhile. The room was clean and well equipped. Spectacular view thru the window. Friendly reception. Really enjoyed my stay here....
