We stayed through RCI exchange and got put in area of hotel that needs to be updated......rooms were clean and adequate but fixtures were old, rusty, very needy, the sliders didnt open or close right,...

Patti at the club krystal always makes us feel so welcome and is always very accomadating, her smile and service is great she is a welcoming person after our long trip here.
