I found the place poorly run, and not very friendly. Rooms were average, but dirty. Not the most pleasant experience, there are far better in llandudno.

Fantastic, can't fault it. Lovley food, best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel in llandudno. Friendly, hospitable & welcoming atmosphere. Will visit again.
