3* hotel it is! great location just across the rd from pebble beach, next to macdonalds and 10 mins from old town, 5mins shopping area 10/15 to bus station and rgt next to endless cafes for breakfast...

Bear in mind that this is a basic hotel i.e. it has a reception, the rooms and a breakfast area, that’s it. No bar, no restaurant, no games room etc etc. We stayed for four nights in early August....

Got a good deal on the hotel website (three nights for the price of two; breakfast included). Got a street view room, but the balcony looked out over the street and the ocean, so very good view....

This hotel is smack in the middle of the 'Promenade des Anglais' and you can have an ocean view to boot! (pay extra, it's worth it). Very large room for the money.
