We were 3 adults. The one bedroom unit suited us very well. Queen bed in bdrm and single in the lounge area. The location worked too. Easy walk to the CBD.

Clean, pleasant accommodation. Easy walking distance to town (we walked across the park). The only draw back is it's on a main road and can be noisy.
