pro- nice atmosphere,staff friendly cons- room alittle bit old , breakfast not buffet and just standard test, far from ubud(free have shuttle), wireless very low signal i have a good time there....

Stayed at the Family Villa for two nights...luv the atmosphere, very Balinese! The hotel is nice & the breakfast is good. Free transfer & pick-up to/from Ubud town anytime till 10pm...very convenient....

Enjoy a relaxing stay here and visit Ubud's attractions using the free shuttle bus

Stayed there for five nights total, had two separate rooms. The only minor downside were the bathrooms - the heater was kind of slow, and the furniture a bit old, but other than that, everything else...

We could not have chosen better!
