You do not get the hotel till you pay the money on Hotwire. One chance to make a first impression and this is a bad one. The tripadvisor (sister site) warned of dead roaches. Have not seen any yet,...

I was in town for a convention. central to downtown great government rate ..Dead roaches on floor and one was crawling on bathroom wall ...needs renovations ..front desk was helpful ...down street...
