I would say this Courtyard is average/bit above among other Courtyards and similar chains. It has been recently redone and has the new Marriott bedding which is nice. The rooms are fairly clean...

The most difficult aspect of the Hotel is to find it. It's well hidden on a small frontage road adjacent to the main road (Ulmerton). It's location well off the main road makes for a peaceful setting...
