Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is one of the largest and busiest airports in the Caribbean. Upon arrival you must be in possession of a valid passport, customs declaration and immigration forms, and a return ticket from Montego Bay. The Jamaica Tourist Board offers paging services with staffed desks in the Immigration hall, and at the arrival and departure lounges. Baby-changing facilities are located in all the restrooms. American Airlines and Air Jamaica have partnered with Club Manteca to offer lounges, and there is a VIP lounge operated by MBJ Airports Ltd. that offers a variety of services to the traveller arriving on Montego Bay flights.
Customer service representatives located outside the arrivals halls are available to help you with your ground transportation. When taking a taxi after landing on your flight to Montego Bay, it is advisable to use one of the two authorized taxis JUTA and JCAL. Even though these cabs have metres, most are in non-working order, so agree on a price before boarding. Many of the hotels offer shuttle services from the airport to your destination. When booking your cheap flight to Montego Bay, you may also want to book a rental car. Public transporton the island is inexpensive but somewhat unreliable. Air Jamaica Express and International Air Link offer island hops to Kingston, Ocho Rios and Negril.

At the Old Fort Craft Park you will find a variety of crafts and souvenirs. At this shopping complex all the vendors are licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board. It is also fun to walk around and see the quaint little shops in the downtown area.
