El Mattoral Airport is located close to the city of Puerto del Rosario, and caters for both international and domestic flights, though the airport only hosts basic facilities. Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo have many boutiques and specialty stores, and Morro Jable is the place to go for great local produce.

Corralejo is the hub of nightlife in Fuerteventura. On the main strip you'll find everything from funky disco nightclubs to quiet open air bars, or some of the smaller bars cater to Latin American or Spanish music.
