Dalaman is a city and region on the southwest coast of Turkey, situated in the Muglan province. You can get cheap flights to Dalaman International Airport. Although it used to be quite a small airport, it has recently been expanded, as the whole region is very popular with tourists and people buying second homes. The new Dalaman ATM International Terminal can now cope with a large number of passengers every year, so getting a good deal on an airfare to Dalaman is now possible. Getting Around Dalaman

As a major hub of the tourist industry in the Turkish Riviera, transportation links are reasonably good. Best Shopping, Dining and Nightlife in Dalaman

In Dalaman itself there are many shops, bars, restaurants and even tea gardens. The Burc Restaurant and Bar has music, a large dance floor, and also a large swimming pool. The Nil Restaurant serves excellent steak and fish dishes. It is situated next to the river and from the terrace you can feed the resident turtles. There are quaint markets where you can buy local handmade goods and souvenirs as well. Marmaris is the most developed area in the region and has a nightlife to rival anywhere on the Turkish coast. Here you can find many discos, and places where there are local displays of belly dancing. The food and drink includes traditional Turkish food such as Hamsi, a popular Turkish fish, to traditional British fish and chips; and raki, an aniseed-based spirit, to red wine. In Fethiye you will also find lots more authentic and traditional Turkish cuisine in abundance.
