Purchased for $2.46 million in 1968, London Bridge was disassembled in London and then shipped brick by brick to its new home in Lake Havasu City. Take a walk across the span or a boat ride underneath it.
2. Mystery Castle
Told he was going to die from tuberculosis, Boyce Luther Gulley constructed Mystery Castle over a period of 15 years. With eighteen stone and adobe rooms built out of everything from telegraph poles to automobile parts, Mystery Castle is both cool and crazy at the same time.
3. Oatman's Wild Burros
Brought to Oatman to assist in mining for gold, the burros (or small donkeys) now are free to walk the town streets. Stop by any of the several shops in town that sell carrots to feed these four-legged citizens.
Located in Bisbee, the Shady Dell is home to a collection of nearly a dozen restored trailers and converted vehicles from the 1940s and '50s. Airstreams, buses and boats are all available for an overnight stay.
Prominently placed on historic Route 66, the Wigwam Motel features several bright, white, cone-shaped tepees. Pull in and spend the night or just get a quick pic in front of the huge structures.
