Recent Vacation
1. Alcatraz
Alcatraz, San Francisco, California
We took the Alcatraz Cruise boat over to the island. The tour was very well done. Even my 11 year old liked it. Would definately do again.
2. Safari West
Safari West, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County
What an awesome experience. We loved spending the night in the tent. Dinner was so good. We took the morning Safari. What a great time.
3. Golden Gate Bridge
Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California
We crossed the Golden Gate Bridge just as the sun was going down. What an awesme view of the city.
4. Muir Woods National Monument
Muir Woods National Monument, Mill Valley, Marin County
We took a hike through the woods. The trees were so tall. On the way back we seen four deer. They were so awesome.
5. Monterey
Monterey, Monterey Peninsula
We went to the Monterey Aquarium. What an awesome experience. Can see why it is rated number 1.
6. Morro Bay
Morro Bay, California
We went to the bay and watched the Sea Otters and Sea Lions, Got to go kayaking. What a fun time.
7. Mono Lake
Mono Lake, Mammoth Lakes, California
The lake is just beautiful. We went at sundown and the sky was awesome. Got to see some unusual birds.
8. Bodie State Historic Park
Bodie State Historic Park, Bridgeport, California
We had to climb way up the mountain to get to this Ghost Town. It was so awesome to see the buildings still standting and imagine the people that once lived there.
9. Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park, California
Just awesome. Beauty was everywhere we turned. We were fortunate to see some deer on our trip. Went up to Glacier Point to see the Half Dome at sunset. How beautiful it was.
