Amazing bargains..but you really have to bargain. It's such a surreal experience, because you are shopping amidst go-go bars. But this is a part of Bangkok not to miss. Street stalls sell all types of food...including fried grasshoppers!
3. Siam Paragon

Amazing mall with everything from Aquarium to car showrooms. Don't miss the food court and supermarket. Amazing food, and great fruit which the supermarket will cut up for you and package. Moochi icecream stall in supermarket has great green tea and cookies and cream icecream and they will even pack it in dry ice for you.
4. Lumphini Park

Go just before 6 pm to watch how everyone stands still for the national anthem, and then a group aerobics session of hundreds of people!
5. Sirocco at the State Tower
Roof top restaurant with amazing views of Bangkok. The restaurant that put Bangkok on the map.
