Take a trip up to the top and get some great views of the city from all angles. Watch out for your ears popping on the way up!
Stop by the M&M store in midtown and stock up on some cool candy swag. You can even mix and match various candy colors to make your own concoction. When you're done, head across the street for the Hershey store. A chocolate lover's combo!
I got to see the Christmas Spectacular, but the Rockettes are always worth a look!
At Christmastime, the famous tree is a big attraction, as is the skating rink below (if you can wait in the very long line). Regardless of time of year, always worth a look.
Canal Street divides this area from Chinatown, and a stroll through either one is interesting.
This restaurant is not cheap, but it is worth the money. The food is FANTASTIC. It's on Mulberry Street in Little Italy, so take the 6 train down to Canal Street and go around the corner. They even have a band at times to play for the diners.
Check out the ABC studios, where Good Morning America is taped, as well as the many stores, restaurants, etc. in this famous place. Across the street is MTV. Go and just "say you were there!" Many Broadway shows have a home in and around this area.
