Fox Grove Inn was recommended by our ATV guide, Kirk. He had been living in St. Lucia for many, many years and we wanted down home St Lucian fare and he said that we were not to miss out on Fox Grove Inn.

We came here after the ATV adventure. It took a bit of navigating since it was up a winding road. The place itself looked like a regular home that was rented out (and as it turns out, it is a B&B type of place).

We sat down not expecting much, but I have to say, that this was one of the BEST meals we've EVER had while travelling. The seafood was super fresh and cooked with so much flavor, yet you could still taste the sweetness of the crabs and shrimps. It was saucy, but not heavy. The chef even came out to chat with us a bit.

It was thoroughly an enjoyable experience and we think about this meal all the time!

We didn't get to stay here, but we did eat at the restaurant

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the beauty of this property. It is relatively small and according to their brochure, all private little rooms with open air windows and private pools. The scenery is mesmerizing... mere pictures does it no justice.

You can see the Twin Pitons clearly, with the beautiful Caribbean Sea accentuating the greenness of the water and the Pitons.

What a relaxing afternoon we had, munchin on beef satay and sweet potato fries, while looking out at the sea. Definitely a MUST DO. And if you can afford it, MUST STAY!
We did the ATV tour with Kirk, who owns ATV Paradise. He is such a personable person, who made this tour thoroughly enjoyable for us.

There were only the hubby and I, which felt wonderfully private. We rode on ATV's for about 4 hours - through rainforests, beaches, inclines, historical sites, all the works. We even got to taste some of the locally grown fruit.
