Touring into Harrison Hot Springs in 2008, along with touring up through BC Hot Springs territory, e.g. Nakusp, Halycon and Radium, is a great way to spend time with your partner/spouse. Check out BC Tourism online and find lots of places to stay near each location. There is even a hot spring on the east side of Jasper National Park - Miette Hot Springs - just off the Yellowhead Highway (#16). There is lots of outdoors touring and scenery to be found in and around each hot springs location.

Tour the lake front, see the sand sculptures late summer, bring your boat to the lake, enjoy one of the many spas in town, or stay a night or two at any number of locations, including camping under the stars at nice RV parks or nearby provincial parks.
The Lakeview Restaurant is a great place to have some home-made fries with your fish & chips.
This is one BC's premiere hot springs destinations. I remember this place vividly from a childhood trip with my parents, but I toured through here last year with my wife. It hasn't lost any of its lustre. If anything, its increased. There are accomodations, as this is a decent size town too.
3. Halycon Hot Springs
North of Nakusp on highway - out in the middle of no-where.
There is a resort built around the springs, which is located on the side of the mountain, just below the highway, just above Upper Arrow Lake. They have a small lodge, cabins and some RV camping.
Hot springs and good size town located on lake.
Located off the Yellowhead Highway (#16) on east side of Jasper National Park, about 17km south of the highway into the mountains. There are cabin accomodations on the highway intersection of the turn-off, and a resort adjacent to the springs.
